We hope you are all having a relaxing half -term!
The Autumn season is always a busy time for us and this one is no different. We are sure something is happening in Westminster right now, hopefully normal business will resume tomorrow even if we are paying higher taxes whilst not being working people!
New clients are coming through with regularity, and what’s interesting is the pattern of their circumstances, i.e. businesses with loads of success around them, but with cash constraints that cannot be resolved through trading, increased borrowing or current shareholder investment.
Investors in the BYC network like these situations. It gives them the chance to make a difference with their capital, in situations where the fundamentals of the business have been proven.
In this edition we are pleased to put the spotlight on our new staff member, Liam Reilly, give you an update on some of our clients and share with you an interesting piece on Movie Land in Russell Square.
We wish you all a fun Halloween tomorrow!

Ghostbusters Inside Russell Square
For movie fans, some of you maybe aware of the latest Ghostbusters film that came out recently. We knew there was a scene being filmed in Russell Square which in the film is presented as being Central Park. In the scene, Phoebe Spengler finds herself playing chess with a ghost called Melody. The scene has become a fan favourite and if you look closely beyond the chess game you will see Russell square buildings one of which is our office.
