Nick is the founder and managing director of B Y Consulting having established the business over 20 years ago. BYC is best known for raising equity capital, predominantly from their network of private investors, for trading SMEs that are seeking to grow or experiencing financial pressures.
Nick has been a trusted member of the business finance community for more than two decades now. Amongst many highlights certain ones stand out: Being invited to participate in the Angel Expert Group Roundtable at 10 Downing Street, a panel chaired by the late Lord Young of Graffham; Raising the capital for the Poppies at the Tower of London; and more recently an exit of a client of ours where Investor & Entrepreneur shared nearly £38 million when the business was sold.
Away from work; family, travel, and a variety of sports take as much time as can be fitted in.
