We are delighted to announce the launch of B Y Loans, a principal lender offering property backed loans.

In 2014, an award-winning children’s toiletries brand approached Beer & Young to secure growth capital. The company, Childs Farm, had developed a sensitive skincare range made entirely from naturally derived ingredients.

Our client, who offers affordable car finance, originally approached B&Y in 2015 to provide the first round of external funding.

We want to take this opportunity to express our gratitude to our investors and thank everyone for their continued support.

In the spring, we completed a six-figure round of funding for our client who at the time, managed just over 100 residential property blocks in London and the South East.

B&Y have helped provide investment capital for UK SMEs for almost twenty years now, and remain leaders in the field.

We are delighted to report that we have raised an additional £200,000 this month for our client a premium, independent publisher of special interest content for some of the world’s leading brands.

Since being appointed Managing Director of Private Equity at B&Y in April 2017, Gavin has been busy meeting with prospective clients and industry peers, as well as working much more closely with the B&Y team.

We have just completed a six figure investment with one of our registered private investors who has also joined the board of our client as a non-executive director.

We have raised £400,000 in equity for our client who provides bespoke smart energy metering, monitoring and control systems across the UK.
