| We were recently approached to raise equity for an award winning lettings and rental platform, redefining the pre-tenancy journey for renters, landlords and estate agents across the UK. The platform streamlines listings, applicant qualification, and diary management, helping agents reduce manual admin while delivering a faster and more responsive rental experience for users. With the business already demonstrating impressive traction, and operating within an underserved Prop-tech market, we knew this would be an attractive opportunity for our investor network. We approached selected private HNW investors within our network and, as anticipated, received a positive response. Investor discussions and presentations followed, resulting in a commitment from a Cambridge alumni investor whose background aligned particularly well with the company’s long-term vision. At the same time, our client received follow on investment from existing shareholders. We continue to support the business with its ongoing fund raise as it secures strategic partnerships and grows its AI-driven product offering ahead of its planned Series A raise in 2027. |
